Using version 2.0.19. I purged the plugin transients.

I found the problem: I had put the same script in another WP block!
After deleting this block and refreshing, the duplicates disappeared.

Thank you very much for your quick reply… and sorry for my delayed response (busy times!). I think I found the way to eliminate the “read more” link in the settings of the individual notes like you suggested: selecting “internal link” instead of “external link” seems to work… except that three suspension points (…) remain at the end of the tooltip text even if the text of the note is complete. Anyway to control that?

Ah! yes indeed, if take the (French) brackets away, the words link to the notes!

And I’ll check with my Web developer for the css that creates the extra space around the words.

I really like your glossary plug-in (BTW, will it work ok when I upgrade to the new version of WP Gutenberg? I’ve been told to wait before upgrading, since there are a lot of bugs still.)
