Looks like the main body is too wide and it’s pushing the 3rd column down. You might consider resizing the main body or the 3rd column.

Once you make the changes you have to go back to manage gallery and select your specific gallery. Then scroll down to your images, select them all and in the drop down menu for actions, select “create new thumbnails”. then you’ll see the new updates.

where will the ads be displayed? posts? sidebar? header? footer? and are they banners, text, etc? a few more details would be good.

That’s a very nice design, very smooth and I like the way the menus on the side slide open.

Thanks, I used the NextGEN plugin. It took a while to figure out how to implement into my site mainly because the theme isn’t widget enabled. But I got it working in the end.
