Thank you for the answer. We do have a business account with Paypal and we are registered as a nonprofit (and we are able to accept donations). However, when we try to connect Event Tickets to our Paypal Account, we are navigated through something called Liquid Web LLC, which prompts us to enter information already in our Paypal account and appears to treat us like a for-profit corporation. Liquid Web wants to assign ownership of the nonprofit to an individual and their SSN — which would mean they end up receiving a 1099 for ticket sales.

Hi, thanks for the answer.

Clearing transients did not resolve the problem, nor did clearing my caches.

I’m not deleting the images from the Media Library, but from the product gallery while editing the product.

However, when you look at the product, there are several other images being shown in addition to these. These are older images that we once used, but then removed from the product gallery. ?Despite this, they keep appearing.

Thank you for the reply. We now believe this may have been caused by a general slowdown on the server caused by external sources and not Wordfence.

We are having a similar problem. Our hosting company says Wordfence is using up all the resources and has disabled Wordfence.

Thanks for the suggestions. Here are some answers:

1) I tried disabling both 2FA and all plugins — no luck;
2) I have not yet tried forcing https:// — will do;
3) Checking for errors:
If I do it from my location, I get no errors at all;
If the team member in question does this, they get a bunch of “Failure to load resources – 404” type errors

So… they seem to have some kind of access issue, but I’m not sure what or how to resolve that.

They do have Internet access and can get into the admin side of other sites we have with the same host.
