Since the most recent upgrade, I am trying to upload the changes made to style.css (I saved a backup just for this purpose) but I am unable to locate the style.css file using cPanel and file manager.

Will you share the path to the style.css file? Thank you.

Thanks for a reply. I updated the post to show I had solved what I was trying to achieve and marked it solved. I understand your question and no, what I was trying to achieve is not shown in the live demo. I should therefore, purchase support to accomplish anything not shown in the demo, and not post it here. I am concerned about this on logout, as well, and especially since one user was locked out attempting to login using the login slug I created.

Will you explain further please, your solution. I am in my functions.php and searched for words used in your solution and only found ‘href’. I don’t know what I’m doing and need a bit of clarification (more details).

Thanks for your reply.

I changed 20 instances of #e05f28 to the color of choice, saved it, then searched for the orange color again and it showed there were none, zero.

I cleared my browser’s cache and reloaded the site and the orange is still there. And before hitting submit now, I checked in another browser. Still orange.

I used the path: wp-content/themes/faith/style.css

I just did and it worked on fetching the proper images. Wow, am I learning a lot! Thank you.

I get this message:

The ‘fb:app_id’ property should be explicitly provided, Specify the app ID so that stories shared to Facebook will be properly attributed to the app. Alternatively, app_id can be set in url when open the share dialog.

What file(s) is this change added?

Here is the link for my site. Try sharing on FB and you’ll see, images aren’t shared on any of the blog posts or page posts.

You guys are simply great, thank you! I will definitely write a very positive review, as it’s been earned with a great product and support. ?? (But I’ll do it tomorrow since it’s 3:34AM here and I SHOULD be asleep!)

When I share on Facebook, a huge image of my logo is shared and not the image of the post or page. I thought this was due to my having the site on “coming soon” mode but the site is live now, as I’m officially going live tomorrow. I would love for the images related to the content to be shared. Also, when I post the page URL in Facebook, it either fetches no image or the huge logo image. The image is part of the lure and marketing to attract site visitors. Any suggestions?

Hey thanks for the reply….I figured it out. I am not really sharp with WordPress but there were three placeholders, if you will, and each contained content (the content appeared on the homepage) I went to each page to disable social sharing and that took care of it.

I need help with something else and won’t segue to it from this post since it’s a different matter. I’ll keep checking the forum for a solution.
