My best advice would be to reach out to your hosting provider and check that any DNS records haven’t changed.
I also checked the API with Google and was told by our theme developers to made sure ‘Places API’ was enabled and the key restrictions. Google support was quick to identify it was a hosting issue and not their side. Once done, I’d suggest speaking with your hosting provider as they might need to clear the DNS cache.
