Deleting a post with 93 pictures worked. But 116 got Internal Server Error

Same for the catalog. There is only one product in the catalog…

I did the test events and nothing showed up in the tab. I generated the QR Code and scanned it. Then I faked an order with my phone through the QR Scanned. But no event showed up

Same problem. And I don’t see any pixel installed even with thee Tiktok Pixel Helper 2.0. Says that no pixel is installed

We have more than 800 variables products with 2 or 3 variations each… We can’t create simple products right now… It will take hours. When do you think the plugin will be updated?

Hey Pit,

As you can see here https://ibb.co/1dRRjhk all the variants and the main product had visibility set to 1 and they are marked as “staging” within our facebook catalog.

Any other idea?

Hey Pit,

All our products and all the variants have the option ‘Include in Facebook sync’ selected.

And the strange thing is that we created 3 new products that are the same but has a different color (so 3 products are created at the same time) and 2 of the 3 products are published and one is on staging.

Some of the new product we created are well published and other are on Staging visibility… How this can happen and how to fix?

@zedshift1 can you please check if your new products are in your catalog on your business manager?

If yes, please check the visibility of your products. Is it set to “staging”?

If yes that’s the same problem that we all have ??

Same problem here. All our new product are set to visibility: Staging and can’t be used for ads or Instagram…
