I’m on a multi-site setup, working on a development site for a client, and installed the plugin just to check and see how it looks. Installed the plugin on Monday. Still see the message of “your reviews are downloading in the background.” I am using Hello theme along with Elementor and Elementor Pro.
Will uninstalling/re-installing the plugin fix this problem?

I’ve disabled WP Rocket as you instructed, and yes, that does appear to have fixed the problem with Age Gate and the cookie policy with focus trap disabled. However, this isn’t an ideal solution with WP Rocket being a paid plugin necessary for my website. Would you suggest I now contact WP Rocket to see if they can suggest what might be causing the conflict?

Yes, I have been regularly clearing the site’s cache. However, when loading the site in a ‘in private’ window, the front end of the site has still been displaying incorrectly with age gate enabled. I have temporarily disabled the plugin for now to allow users to still be able to access the site.

Thanks for letting me know – I’ve tried disabling that option, but unfortunately I’m still having issues. Linked screenshot is how the plugin is currently displaying on the front end of my site – and it is still making it impossible to click the privacy policy buttons, even with “Focus Trap” disabled.

Neither of these solutions worked for me. Even using Storefront and disabling plugins, I still encounter this problem no matter which combination of plugins I have enabled/disabled.
Furthermore, I get this error when clicking on one of /wp-json/wc-analytics URLs in developer mode:
{“code”:”woocommerce_rest_cannot_view”,”message”:”Sorry, you cannot list resources.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}Can you please suggest another solution, please?

Given that this broke my website, I am reluctant to reactivate if the same problem will happen again – hopefully plugin authors will fix the bug soon.

Plugin tends to work fine most of the time, but updates frequently cause problems.

Strangely, the Facebook messenger box now appears on my website, despite me having received this error when setting it up. So you may find that it still works for you as well.
It’d be good to receive a proper response, but judging by how slow they seem to respond to issues on here, that seems like wishful thinking!

The original cause of my query was that another person who has access to my site had attempted downloading the report, but strangely – even though his permissions are set as store manager – I only received a report to the admin email when I tried.
Thank you for your prompt help and suggestions – and I hope @galasecrets manages to get their issues resolved satisfactorily as well.
