Yes, that’s exactly how this plugin works but that’s not how it’s allowed to work according to GDPR. The cookies may only be set when you click on agree. So the buttons on the banner are without purpose.
The user must first go to the settings to agree or disagree.
If I have disabled Google Analytics in the backend and the user clicks Agree, Google Analytics should be loaded. But it is not.

I am wondering about this. According to DSGVO/GDPR, the cookie for Google Analytics, for example, must be set only after consent and not already activated.

unfortunately my question was not answered whether I can uninstall Elementor without losses and then reinstall it.
My site is based on Elementor. If I uninstall Elementor and then reinstall it I need to be sure that everything still works.
It is strange that with an old version everything works fine!

Also re-downloading and transfering only the core folder did nothing.
I did a rollback to version 3.0.9 on my test site and everything works fine there.

all translations are up to date. The translation files have not changed since the update (I think they are from December). Only the elementor/wordpress version has changed since then.
It’s just strange that suddenly not everything is translated. Before the update everything worked.
