Yes all Old versions are working fine. All widgets are functional.

Please develop Plug In which will create Fixed Position Menu Bar (wont scroll with page just fixed position), and whenever we will click on Menu Links it will rich to its section through there section id. Website like:

Plug In Manager has suggested me to upgrade plug in – for sake of testing I updated it and all has gone again.

Please Fix it asap……

I think its old version.
It just display all widgets but how to work with it ? I can just ON it.
From where and how I have to work with all this packages – no separate menu.I have seen in all WP menus I didn’t found any work around.
Its showing in Plug In menu only.

My Server is Windows IIS , PHP , MySQL and I am using WordPress with Microsoft WebMatrix3. I am not using Apache server.

It’s localhost Test server.

There is no installation error but once we install it nothing has displayed.

Other part: It shows, its console under plugin menu only, no separate WordPress Admin Menu Appear. I am using latest WordPress 3.9.1 Version.

I am sure it’s not permission issue otherwise Plug In wont get installed.

It’s something that Plug In not findings it’s bundle packages and not recognized it or might be placement issue of Plug In console causing the issue.

If possible, whatever packages you have, allow user to get them one by one manually in your bundle after installation and activation of your plugin

Might be that method resolve the problems.

I am newbie to WordPress and first time doing Research so I can just forward my point of view Logically bcoz I am not programmer.
