I was facing this problem on Infoluv.org.
To day I found a way out from this problem.
Just enable Force rewrite option & configure the “Titles & Metas” as below.

Home- %%sitename%%
Post- %%title%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%
Pages- %%title%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%

Remember %%sep%% is the variable for separator.
