How do we get the 3.2 version? Or does someone have a theme similar YET better than ?

Couldn’t agree more. To have it happen without warning is the very worst customer service. To publish a theme and say it is free and then to be sneaky about changing such a huge aspect of the theme, a reason why many of us had picked Neve, very bad customer service.

I will be researching another theme now.

I am still waiting to hear back from you regarding the missing social icons.
Unsure how to disable the empty div for subscription
Do you suggest I put a code in the empty spot? I am confused as to how to disable so icons show up on coming soon page.

Any chance someone is able to help me with the menu drop down for mobile?

It is supposed to offer visitors the option of two pages:
Services
Prenatal & Pediatric
But on mobile the hamburger “mobile” menu does not allow click through to Services page.

Still having issues with this page and things not loading or appearing correctly.
I don’t want to delete the footer and redo it but I may if I don’t get answer and resolution to this problem. On the mobile version of my website the bottom footer area has client’s address, phone and email along with their business hours. The phone and text number do not show up on mobile version but if you click where they should show they appear blue and message comes up “calling” and the number. Not sure why the numbers do not appear as white on the mobile version. I have dug through everything on the site.

Wow…I really think your suggestions helped.
I am hoping when I check it tomorrow it is still loading as well as it is right now.
I did deactivate several plugins and have not activated them as I think they are unnecessary.
It’s hard to determine what ones I need and what ones I don’t but I am hopeful the site is functioning now.

Thank you for the response. I do have the email notifications but without the forms within the formulator plug in the links within the emails do not work and I get a 404 page.
If someone included a pdf with the original form submission it obviously doesn’t save since the submission was deleted.
I think they should have a way of backing up submissions.

my plugin is updated but it is still not working
works when I am logged into my portal for the website but not when checked from a different computer.

I have not heard anything but I will keep my fingers crossed that today a fix will happen.
