I received the same and it looks phoney to me also. I emailed Timely support (through that email) and received a rather confusing email about an update including something called Journey. Also running 3.0.0 version on three websites, but only received an email regarding just one. Following this thread for responses, including perhaps one from Timely (official).

Thank you, Mihai. Somehow I missed the notification email three weeks ago to check the thread. The instructions on that page worked. Can you let Gaby know that when “shortcode” is mentioned it really puts off those of us who aren’t developers. This was a simple tick of a box which somehow became unticked when the update was executed. Again, much appreciate your follow up.

Oh dear! I did update these as members from this organization would be upset to have this missing from their information. I reviewed “G” contacts and I see a Work Phone for all but one (who doesn’t have a work phone); are you seeing something different?

I am happy to send you the CSV file of the original import and include a copy of the contacts that would not import, what email address would you like me to send it to?

Version 2.0 of CSV import is installed on this website. I checked the two other websites that are using Connections, and I have 2.0 installed on one and 1.0.4 on another; neither of these websites have experienced any issues with imports.

Hi Shazahm1-I imported the field “Work Phone” along with approximately 15 other fields on 70 contacts. The field showed up with the work phone number populated on about 50-70% of the contacts. The other 30-50% were missing the field (including the title “Work Phone”) entirely. When I checked back on my records for this particular import, I had a lot of difficulties and ended up having to type in 14 of the 70 contacts manually, because they would not import. These are not the same as the contacts that were missing the “Work Phone” field, but I’m thinking the Work Phone field existed/showed in the import because I really scrutinized the contacts once imported because I had so much trouble initially. Maybe it’s just this particular site/hosting/theme? This has not happened on other sites I manage that use Connections.

I now have a similar issue. After experiencing many different problems after the update, things seemed to working fine since Thursday’s revised update. Now I see that there is no control over the slide shows; they rotate on their own; the visitor has no ability to go to the previous or next slide with the arrows that used to show. However, this site does not have Divi Builder, so I don’t think that is the issue.

@edanzer I used the information (at least in part since I don’t have a paid version) that Gaby/Imagely gave me. If you read my second post, this did resolve the issue, except for one Gallery, the one at the very bottom of the page titled August 31, 2018 on https://pasadenaquarterbacks.org/photo-gallery/aug-sep-2018-photo-gallery/. I can present it as thumbnails, but not a basic slide show. I have deleted the gallery and recreated it, reloading all the images, but this did not solve the problem.

This appears to be an issue with a plug-in: All in one SEO Pack. This issue (info not publishing) only occurs on the Home (index) page – nice! Also, all support for this once free plug-in has moved to a paying Support Forum – Nice again!

Thanks Paul. I am only trying to update (publish) the title and description meta tags on each page. While they are “updated”, they do not show on the “view” or live pages of the site, nor in the Source Code.
