I’m sorry to hear the create account notification is not appearing as expected on your “Order Received” page. I’ll be happy to help out here!
So long as the ‘Enable customer registration on the “Order Received” page’ option is enabled and you are checking out as a “guest,” the option to register should be appearing as a WooCommerce page notice on the order received page.
Does your payment gate way direct the customer to the Order Received page and can you confirm if you are checking out as a guest while testing?

Sorry to hear our app is giving you trouble! I’m happy to help.As a first troubleshooting step, I would like to confirm if the error appears as a result of a conflict with another plugin. Have you had a chance to test this error with only Jilt and WooCommerce active on your site?

Thanks for getting in touch! The webhooks will be generated when you re-connect the app with Jilt. To be sure that the new webhooks are generated, can you try clearing your connection data and then reconnecting with Jilt? To do so:
1. Via your WordPress admin, go to?WooCommerce?>Status?>?Tools
2. Scroll down the screen to where it says “Clear Jilt connection data” and click the?Clear?button
3. Go to?Jilt?>?Settings?and re-connect JiltThanks!
