Can someone tell me where the github info is at that you see requests being assigned?
I really like these folks and their platform – I hope to be able to work out a solution.

I took an initial look at the public side of your site this afternoon…. js and mapindex error showing on the inspection tool, but not sure if they are the issue or not… I’m still wiling to review / try to solve but its challenging on the outside to know if any issues on your settings / developer tab. (not an employee / agent – but a user just like you)

A note for everyone – when we are describing our issues here, its important that we be very clear about what and where the issue is. Because those of us with issues are immersed in the issue, we think our description of the issue is clear, but many times it is not…. I hope this helps.

Is the issue that the price is not showing on the public facing side of the site or in the admin section of the site’s content where you would input the price as an item in the input fields?

If the website is public and the issue is on the public facing side of the site can you provide the site url so that we can see the issue?

Testing on a test site – experienced somewhat similar issues with WP 5.6 so rolled back to 5.5.3.

Are any of the fields available or none of them including the price? Jim

Depending on your issue:
If its something that has stopped working or something that has gone wrong you can describe it here and if one of us that uses the wp-property plugin sees it or has experienced the same thing or is able to answer we likely will. If its code flaw they fix as able depending on nature of the issue.

If your issue is design related, that is likely going to be cost / billable no matter where you go.

Hello Maria,I am unable to check-out the new licenses. When I select “proceed” the page just refreshes. Over the weekend it was saying “site unavailable”.
I still have the problem with all agents able to see and edit other agent properties. If you can help I’d appreciate it. Thank you. Jim

Are the steps as follows:
1. Download a new version of the agent plugin
2. Deactivate the existing agent plugin (and delete it?)
3. Upload and activate the new agent plugin

Is this correct?

Maria, I deactivated all plugins except wp-property and the problem still remained…I am at a bit of a loss on this…

I unchecked the box for edit and delete others properties

When I save the setting however it automatically reverts back to the checked settings…

I did not check for a plugin conflict but will do that now and advise further

Thank you Maria – I resolved the problem. I deactivated the older add-ons on my site and in my account and removed the add-ons. I then uploaded the most recent version and added new license keys. I’m not sure this made a difference or not.

Ultimately in power tools, i had to give the agents the ability to edit other properties and to delete other properties. This final step appears to have solved the problem – now allowing them to see the link to add and delete properties.

There appears to be a problem as the menu for agents will not provide the option to add or delete / trash a property (only the admin can add or delete now).

For troubleshooting I deactivated all plugins except wp-property and then also deactivated agent and power tools add-on as well.

I use twenty ten child theme. I deactivated it and went to standard twenty ten (so no custom code) but the problem remained. Will check further .

Any thoughts or similar issues showing up or anything else I should try?
