Same problem for me. I have gone through all the steps highlighted above and still does not connect.
I’ve run through the main troubleshooting steps as well. Including uninstalling and reinstalling. Simply will not connect. Please let me know what information you need to assist…
I am also not getting errors in the debug log.
**CORRECTION – additional issue just shown for some reason the first row in the sheet has changed so that all columns have “date”. This happened after the most recent test
