Thanks for the reply. I always clear the cache in any browse I am using when errors occur. This did not solve the issue or I would not have posted the topic. What version of Firefox are you using? Your menu looks completely different than mine. What type of player is in the store-is it a Java-based player? Are you aware that after version 52 Firefox stopped supporting anything other than Flash-based players?
I understand what you are saying–that some themes may not have play buttons or audio based on the theme–but if that’s the case, why would it work on some browsers but not on Firefox? Seems odd to me.
Either way-clearing the cache on my version of Firefox, 56.0.2 on Windows 10, does not solve the issue. Thanks
