Thanks, If I delete the htaccess file won’t that make my 500,000 forum posts become unreachable?

I am very sure that WP installed OK, it sent me the email as well, so its there, but none of the files can be found. Maybe I need to add something to the original htaccess file but I’m just guessing.

I have a problem with excerpts. I have been to your site and read your help file. Could you please explain this part to me because i am confused. The bold bit I just do not understand. Thanks

If you want to display rating block with the post that is shown as excerpt, you must use manual insertion method and add php call for rendering of the rating block into the theme after the excerpt call, and within the post loop. Function is: wp_gdsr_render_article().

Hi the ratings show up great on the post now and in all browsers but I am still getting the Excerpt problem when my posts are on the front page the ratings don’t show. This is probably a template rather than plug in problem. Could you let me know exactly what I have to to to get the ratings to show on the front page.

Clean Install of WP, latest version
No other plug-ins installed – Not one
Default WordPress Skin

The stars are absent when viewed with Firefox
the stars are absent when viewed with Firefox even when viewing in Safe-Mode

The stars can be seen when using IE.

What other details do you need? I’ll get them to you

I have this problem. The stars only show in IE and not in Firefox. The text is there, not the graphics. This is a clean install, default skin, no other plug ins. I have had colleagues check the site, they have the same problem.

It works fine in every browser.

Apart from Firefox ?? This is the only plug in on a clean install. I would like all of my blog viewers to see the stars rather than just IE users ??

I can see the stars in Explorer but not in Firefox??

Well done, I narrowed it down to the WP-Sticky plug-in, once that was deleted the site works fine. Hopefully the plug-in will be upgraded
