I have just encountered this error too while trying to import csv files using the plugin.

My site uses PHP8.1.

FWIW, I imported three files (events, organisers, venues) and I noticed that one line was getting dropped from each, and it was/is always the same line; line 7. Leaving that line blank in your csv file seems to be a temporary workaround. I have only tested this up to ~11 entries in a CSV file as I am evaluating whether to use Events Calendar Pro for a bigger job. I will report back if I encounter this error at other lines in larger files.

Hi – I have just installed this plugin and also have the same problem. Did you ever figure out a fix for it? Only thing stopping me from seriously using it (or upgrading to pro version), as a lot of my work is non-square.
