I agree with you with regard to the GTIN issue for some products and we are fixing this incrementally.

I have also fixed the g:id export so the correct data is being accepted.
I think the issue now seems to be corrected.

I posted this problem on google forum for shopping and recieved a reply from a gold product expert.
It seems that the ex vat price on open graph metadata is causing a problem along with other issues.

I only have one store so I think my store code is ok.

Why is my txt feed empty showing no items when my xml feed shows over 1000 items with no problems though?

Yes I tried creating a CSV feed , then a txt feed. I get the same error for both types of feed.

When I setup a txt feed on my site…there are no items. The feed is empty…also I get the aforementioned error from Google. As I said, XML is fine and functioning. Sorry to send this information in snippets. Also the slider button on the “manage feeds” page does not seem to work for me. All feeds remain active and I can’t switch individual fees to inactive. A plugin conflict?

I can’t see any issue with my htaccess file and I’m not aware of any security plugin that is causing an issue. It probably is a convict but short if having a look yourself can you be helpful and point me in the direction a log that may give me more information to track this problem down? Thanks

I have been in contact with him. It’s ridiculous he’s able to charge money for a plugin that is far from market ready. Now rather than police me.. why don’t you contact this author and tell him it’s about time he provided documentation if he’s going to charge for his product…and ask him to get it working properly. That would be helpful. I have wasted far too much time on this plugin. If I save just one other person the hassle of installing it and wasting time trying to get it to work the way it’s advertised then my comments will not have been pointless! Oh… and can I get a refund then? Thought not!

I’m writing this for most people as they, like me , will assume that the upgrade to the paid Pro version will work just fine. STOP! It doesn’t!
WP Live Chat Pro does not work on my site at all. All the user sees is an endless message “Connecting. Please be patient”…but guess what…the plugin tries your patience and NEVER connects!.
Also what about some documentation please?…and…image profile pics won’t stick if they’re uploaded and saved. Is there a necessary format or image size?
…and…How does the email configuration for offline messaging work…(oh, that doesn’t work either!)
