Thanks for pointing us in the right direction. The form controls for “Automated tax calculation” weren’t displaying, as we weren’t connected to JetPack. Installed and configured Jetpack, and then the “Automated tax calculation” menu appeared, which we were able to turn on.

Taxes are now calculating. However, they are calculating for the user’s shipping address. The option to change it to the store address is no longer selectable.

I noticed this in the documentation:
“Once Automated taxes are enabled, many of the settings are disabled as Automated taxes “take over” from the WooCommerce core tax settings. This means that “Display prices” will be set to Excluding tax and tax will be Calculated using Customer shipping address.”

So to confirm, there’s no override to enable us to use the store address tax rate?

Completed the above steps. Taxes are still not calculating.

We also did not initiate any recent updates to the site nor plugins.
