I believe this is still relevant to WordPress community since imagick module is commonly used. So if anyone has a solution or have a different approach to this issue, I’m opened to all suggestions, thank you.

I’m glad that you ask for further details.
I’m going to use an example to walk you through my testing approach:
I have a category named “Alphabet table” with one taxonomy: “Last Alphabet”Last Alphabet
A N/A
B A
C BSearch result:
Search for: A, Result: A, B
Search for: B, Result: B, C
Search for: C, Result: C
However, It gives me the same outcome even though I excluded taxonomy “Last Alphabet” under Taxonomy Terms Search.
My expected outcome:
Search for: A, Result: A
Search for: B, Result: B
Search for: C, Result: C
I’d love to build this environment and share it with you if you can instruct me how to do so.

thanks for sharing your solution. How did you delete cache memory from the client side though? I tested if I only eliminate cache memory from my server, our clients who have accessed the page before the update, the original image still persist on their side.

It’s somewhat difficult to show you without attaching screenshots here, but I will try my best to provide an demonstration for you.

then the thumbnail you see with this product has a body in white and red; no text included.If my assumption is correct at this point, I’ll replace this image with text “demo” at the bottom of the thumbnail. Try go to the link above and check out if you see the updated image. If you don’t, it’s because your browser is loading the thumbnail from the browser cache instead of my server. To view the updated thumbnail, you’ll have to clear the browser cache by clicking the three dots in chrome browser on the top right -> history -> history -> clear browsing data -> select cached images and files. Then, the updated thumbnail will finally show.
This is the hassle I’m trying to avoid for every users on my website. I can’t ask every user to go through this process. too much trouble.

thanks for the advice. Unfortunately,
a review written by ukenpachi in February 2022 faced the same problem. the plugin did not work out for him/her as well. I’ve tested it myself, same outcome.

the reason we posted here is because we lost wpdreams account and the support is expired if we remember correctly.Is wpdreams still willing to provide help in this case? Else We don’t know where we can ask for help.
However, We found a solution to the second problem:
Login to wp-admin
Go to Ajax search Pro
click the gear icon
Click layout option in blue
Click Results behavior
then , turn on When clicking on a result, open it in a new window?Forum: Plugins

Now I switched back to your plugin.I’m uncertain which part of the setting you needed me to screenshot, because there’s no error shown. It just nothing happened after clicking the button on our website.
