how i delete my sql data??

sir i format my website and i backup its data in my website by mistake
now when i restore file it want destination now how i extract my files becoz it is not in my computer ,it is in my website???

if this have no solution yhan plz tell me how i format my website space which is taken by website backup?

i rename that plugins by which my website shows blank pages but it will not work

plz tell me wher i found this source code and

now i change the name of folder than i upload in plugins
i choose any plugin from installed or any specifies plugin is taken to change its name??

it not show any error message in plugin

but sir now i am not able to open widgets,installed posts,installed categiries,pages and other services,new post also not posted
when i do all above things than a bank page appeared.
and option of deactivate plugin not coming

than i upload file
now the page opened will be blanked. nothing is displayed on that page and after that my new posts will also not posted,it shows blank page only plz help me
