Forum: Localhost Installs
In reply to: Make a locally hosted WP pointed by a WP bought domainHi bastiano82,
Have you tried out the steps outlined in the guide below?
https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/
Since you′re a paying member at WordPress.com you can also chat with one of their Happiness Engineers about the issue, and they can help you with the transfer (on their end). For issues regarding the other host provider, I would contact their support staff.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: 2 sitesHi fransonspeed,
I′m not quite sure what you mean. I assume you are confused that the two pages on your site look different from each other. That′s probably because you use two different page templates for each of the pages. To change the page template, follow these steps:
1 – log in to your back end at https://www.quickembed.com/wp-admin
2 – in the menu on the left, click Pages, and then select the page you want to fix.
3 – once inside the edit section of the page, take a look at the different options you can choose from on the right side of the screen. Look for the section called Page Attributes. Here you can find a drop down menu called Template. Select the template you want here, and save.
4 – go back to https://www.quickembed.com/wordpress8/ (if this is the page you were unhappy with). Refresh, and see if it looks better now. Please let me know if this fixed the issue.
