Hey, thanks for replying, this is my first time on a forum. I did spend quite a while searching other posts first

From word press, exactly the same way I activated the previous theme. I wouldn’t know how to import a theme into word press

when I go to appearance, themes, customise, I can see some of the changes in my new theme, but where I have the first page, instead of my description it says: ‘There has been a glitch in the Matrix.
There is nothing to see here. Please try somewhere else.!
