Thank you, that worked. Is there a way to isolate it to one table or one page? I use File Away on most pages on my website but only want the changes applied to one table.

I removed it but now the menu tab with the drop down menu is highlighted in a white/light gray color. Is there a code that will make the whole menu tab (“Working with L&A”) blue when someone is on one of the drop down menu pages?

I found the line in the theme for the iframe and changed it from “none” to “block” and it worked!! Thank you so much, this has stumped me for months!

Wow thanks for finding the error-at least I know for sure where the issue lies! The custom css didn’t work; do you think that could be something I could edit in the theme coding?

I’m having the same issue; there seems to be a customizr theme compatibility issue. I had my file-a-frame pages up and running perfectly for about 3 months but when I did the latest theme update they all stopped working. I finally had to revert back to the regular fileaway codes so that the files would at least show up, but now the pages refresh every time you click on a folder in the directory. Please let me know if you’re able to figure out a solution; I haven’t been able to figure it out yet.

The shortcodes are correct; we’ve been using File Away for about 3 months, and many of the pages haven’t been revised since we first set up the File Away plugin, and have had zero issues up until yesterday when we updated Customizr to 3.4.16. The [/ezcol_1half] is just the column shortcode that we have to put various texts in columns.

It looks like my Responsive Menu plugin is causing the issue; the width of the fileaframe table/page is activating the menu “breakpoint”. Is there a code I can add that will get rid of the menu?
