Sorry, That is backwards of what I want. I want the menu links to not be underlined and all my other links in the widget and content areas to be underlined.

This worked for the widget link colors, but the content area links are only black (which is the hover color). Here is the code I put in for content (as above)

color: blue;
}

This worked great. I am learning so much through this help. What if in the widget headings I wanted a different font and/or not in all caps?

I would like to put the colored boxes and the text for all the headings like the “Upcoming Council Agendas”, “Translate”, “Granger Happenings Posts”, etc. from both widget areas on the site.
