Hi @sofianespera, yes, it will be supported by our Elite plugin in the GTIN features. You can either use our GTIN field or WooCommerce’s. It will work the same ??

Great, thanks for letting us know @jotisaga – we’ll investigate to make sure we’re PHP 8.3 compatible (it’s on our list already) and will circle back here when that is released officially.
Hi @jotisaga we don’t touch orders so while it’s not impossible it’s not likely to be us.
You can grab the error from WooCommerce->System Status, then look at the logs. It should be in the fatal logs and show the specific error. Otherwise, you might be able to contact your host to get it.
Please also make sure you’re on the latest version 13.3.6 and try regenerating your feeds.
Hi @chartnet please update to 13.3.6, the errors you mentioned were solved in 13.3.5.3 but you are best just moving straight to 13.3.6.

Hi @jotisaga thanks for reporting. Can you pass the actual error?
We’ll investigate what we can from the line number given but would be great to know the actual error from the PHP log. Also the context of what you were doing at the time of the error.

Regarding the issue, could you please try updating to 13.3.6 released yesterday and regenerate.

Hi @gentlemako unfortunately we had a few issues with the original release and there’s been some patches.
Please make sure you are on 13.3.5.3 and have regenerated your feeds. If it’s still persisting please paste your plugin system info found under Settings->Plugin system info. Thanks!

Hi @azadbakhsh, it’s likely you haven’t regenerated the feeds yet. When a feed is generated, it uses the permalink of the product, but if you changed this and didn’t regenerate the feed it will still be using the old permalinks.
Let me know how you go after you regenerate and if that isn’t working please let me know what you have tried to get it working.
