I have the same issue and this error makes it impossible for a customer to checkout. On the checkout page the form loading circle on the credit card form keeps spinning and spinning no matter what browser. The only way I can resolve this is to roll Elementor back to version 3.9.2.

NVM – it seems to be a plugin conflict with Jquery Updater.

It would be REALLY nice if you’d fix this ASAP. Or at least suggest a work-around other than I need to drop down the short description every time I create a new product – which is many times a day.

As an update I’d like to add that it DOES work on another website I have and run off of the same InMotion Hosting server.

So does not work at: jkwalz.com
But does work at: niftyfiftyphotos.com

Thanks! I just submitted a ticket.

Same problem here – no tracking since the update. I’m on 4.9.0.1 and Php version 7.4. I deleted the Browscap folders and switched on/off and still no tracking. I even uninstalled and deleted the plugin and re-installed without it working. I even de-activated all other plugins and tried but still didn’t get any new results.

This really is a problem with this plugin and I am going to have to remove it entirely. No matter what I do, this plugin INSISTS that I cannot edit an item that does not sync with Facebook. Even if I include the category in the list of excluded categories in settings the plugin will not allow me to edit or create a product without this warning.

This issue is marked as “Resolved” but it is not resolved. I think “Ignored” or “Avoided” is a more appropriate description here.

How do I change that so the plugin is more useful?

Yes, but the image that is being adjusted is 150px x 150x so that is the largest it can be. If I increase it to 150% or more it becomes blurry. It would be better if the plugin pulled a higher resolution image and then scaled down. How can I do that?

Yes, it was the “Development Version” – the top option on the drop-down to download.

Ok, that seemed to fix the problem.
