In reply to: [PPOM - Product Addons & Custom Fields for WooCommerce] Field VanishingNothing unusual at all. In fact I added identicle fields to four other PPOM meta sets. I am adding two fields:
1) An HTML field as a “section” used to create an accordion effect; then
2) A Textarea Input field for the customer to add their commentsI have successfully added these to fields to four PPOM meta sets. On the fifth PPOM set I am unable to add neither the HTLM field nor the Textarea field. When I create them and click “add” it adds it then the page refreshes and it is gone.
There is nothing weird about the fields I am adding at all – just a normal description without HTML or anything.

In reply to: [PPOM - Product Addons & Custom Fields for WooCommerce] Field VanishingI seem to be still having the same issue – I have increased max_input_vars to 3000 and memory is at 512.
When I add the field an save it says that the changes are saved then the edit screen re-loads and the added field is gone.
I can still add more fields to Product Meta with fewer options but not these with more.
It turns out that it is the “Shopkeeper” theme. I have contacted them but I am afraid I will end up in the “it’s not our fault” loop where Shopkeeper says Elementor should fix it and Elementor says Shopkeeper should fix it.

In reply to: [PPOM - Product Addons & Custom Fields for WooCommerce] Accordion for ImagesThanks for all of your help, I truly appreciate it. I am getting this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘?’ in /home/custom68/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/shopkeeper-child/functions.php on line 20
Is there something I should change in the code?

In reply to: [PPOM - Product Addons & Custom Fields for WooCommerce] Accordion for ImagesI do have the pro version and that worked perfectly!
Here is what it looks like:

This is so disappointing. I was so happy to find this, and even praised this plugin, and spent so much time building the items with it and now I can’t use it. The tooltips aren’t even showing up anymore when I hover over an image option in an item.

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] No Events Show a Year OutSo here is what I’ve done to try to resolve this:
I converted to a stock WP theme and the issue persists
I deactivated all other plugins and the issue persists
I replaced all three plugin directories with new versions and the issue persists
I repaired the WP database and the issue persistsI went and looked at my main grouped calendar and discovered that all the sub-calendars I added were gone. When I try to manually add a calendar it tells me that there are none when in fact there are 13. So I added them all to a category and went back. It said that there are no categories.
I created a brand new calendar and then went back to the grouped calendar. The new sub-calendar showed up! I opened the group calendar and the error was gone. So I re-make all 1 sub-calendars from scratch and assigned them to the category. I opened up the grouped calendar and got the error again. It no longer sees the brand new made from scratch sub-calendars.
I did submit a ticket and got the canned reply of “Go through these steps….deactivate all plugins….”. I immediately replied that I did all of that, early this morning, and yet I have not received a reply. I am starting to fear that this issue is not going to be fixed. Especially seeing that none of the support forum posts here have been addressed at all today.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Overlapping EventsThanks for working on it – our calendar is so complex that if we can’t see an event because it is hidden by another on the calendar, and we double book a space, there’d be hell to pay!
Again – thanks.
