It is important to note however, that this step is not needed for the Woo Commerce plugin as we do this for you once credentials are entered into the admin module configuration page. If there are any questions in regards to a direct integration to CardConnect, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at [email protected].

wpoptima – With our experience with GoDaddy, we have determined that for some merchants they will not open the necessary ports for processing causing the blank screen. Please reach out to your hosting provider (GoDaddy) to see if they will open ports: 443, 6443, and 8443. If you have any further questions please reach out to [email protected].

While it is hard to truly determine the exact number of merchants we currently have on our platform, based upon the statistics that WordPress/Woo Commerce provides via the developers center, we have over 200 active installations.
