Thank you so much for the response! Yes I have access to the WordPress dashboard and FTP but still can’t figure out where this code would be located. Do you know? I’ve checked the page, the functions.php file, and the header.php file. Any other ideas?

@mikedmoore, thanks for your response. I should have been more clear. They are all in order except for the very last one, 470. Any ideas why this is happening?

Thank you both for your help. I was able to delete the plugin just fine and am able to access the dashboard. The reason for my post is to figure out why this plugin is causing this issue and hopefully fix it so I can use the plugin. I tried downloading the plugin from www.ads-software.com and uploading it, but still having the same issue.

@luke I got the plugin installed but it looks like I need the client’s login to Gmail which I’m working on getting. Hopefully this fixes my problem. Thanks!

Thanks Gal. I tried doing that but nothing shows up. We do used cPanel, however the email account is through Gmail. Should I check there instead?

Thank you. I put that code in the section of my theme that has a spot for custom CSS, but it didn’t seem to do the trick. Does the code go somewhere else?

Thanks for your help. I asked my host about it and they said they can’t edit the mod_security module because it’s a share server. I now have a ticket into my theme support (Avada) to see if they think I need to switch hosting accounts because I’ve also noticed that some of their php requirements are not being met with the hosting account I have.

If you have any other thoughts, let me know.
