Hello, I am still have the same unresloved issue with UTF 8, I followed the whole documentation and tried everything but the file remains wrong https://theinvisiblecollection.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/custom/csv/hubspot.csv
with this (for instance) Vend?′me Armchair instead of “Vend?me Armchair”. the UTF-8 Encode is of course selected in the feed.

What can we do to solve this?

thank you, I did that of course and it is the same. the point is that I need to send this to some partners who need to open it in Excel etc. and they have the same issue, therefore they cannot use our file

this seems to be mainly caused by the upper characters with accent (french)

even when I open the CSV via Excel using the Get Data From, the system idenfies the UT8 but still loading those special characters

How come I have them then?

and when I use the file those characters are uploaded into the targeted system too

I recreate the a brand new feed but same issue the source file seems to ignore the UTF8, new URL is https://theinvisiblecollection.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/google/csv/goodsis-export.csv

we don’t have these attributes as prices are calculated based on conversion rates on the front end not the back end. so, it there a way I could round them using a rule during the export?
