Although I do have an account on the PickPlugins support site tied to my username (jmarkj) and my personal email address ([email protected]), this purchase would have been connected to my presence on my client (Process Improvement Institute) website, the respective email addresses would be either [email protected] or [email protected], and neither of those email addresses seem to be in your account records. Can you please check on your end for evidence that Process Improvement Institute has a paid license for Accordion Premium version? Thank you!

    Hi kbdiverservices,

I wish I could say it’s nice that I’m not the only one, but then we’d both still have the issue, wouldn’t we? Until the plugin finally get fixed, the weird “switching of out of stock products back to in stock with multiple quantities” approach discussed in this thread at least works for now, although it will be a royal pain if you have a lot of inventory items.

    Thread Starter jmarkj

    (@jmarkj)

Well. the issue is still occurring when an in-stock product is changed to out of stock. It even occurs when I un-publish a product listing and place it into draft mode. I’m having to just repeat the “update to in-stock multiple quantity, sync, revert to out of stock, then re-sync” process each time when I sell a product and place it into out of stock status. Just assuming I’m going to have to keep doing this at this point.

    Thread Starter jmarkj

    (@jmarkj)

Well, it looks like the “update to quantity in stock-sync-update to out of stock-re-sync” approach worked! I definitely needed to click “manage stock” and then select a number multiple (I chose 3 for each) as you suggested for it to work. Simply selecting “in stock” didn’t seem to be enough to reverse it. And for some reason a few of the products still showed up twice, but that behavior has finally been removed as well. I’ll keep an eye on it, but maybe something got corrupted in an update or something similar, who knows. Thank you for your help!

I did as you instructed and the issue still occurs. No difference. And when I reactivated Avada as my theme, I selected the main theme instead of the child version of the theme (which would otherwise activate a child subset of the functions.php file which changes the display of out of stock products from “out of stock” to “sold.” The main theme does not have that code in the main functions.php file. No difference there either.

The ID shows up that same in both places: 387700722190657. One thing I’ve noticed. Even though I’ve set products “out of stock” in their product pages on the website in Woocommerce, they’re showing up as “in stock” in the Items list in Facebook Commerce Manager. There’s even a couple of out of stock products showing up twice in the Facebook page Shop (like the Devilish Waiters print and the You Are the Apple of My eye painting. I don’t have two instances of those products, they’re just showing up twice. I took a screen dump of the Items page so you could see something else. Some of the older “out of stock” products (like the Vintage Red-Man Wicker Picnic Basket) show up in the Items list like I think they should: there’s a “!” symbol over the edge of the title noting that there’s a reason as to why the product isn’t showing, and it properly lists the item as “out of stock.” And like it should be, it doesn’t show in the catalog.

    Here’s the screen image: https://www.catherinesloft.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/fcm_catalog_itemslist.jpg

I may have come up with a solution pending the client’s approval. the only thing I really needed DataTables for was pagination (so the head row would always be in view), so I turned off DataTables, deployed colspan on the rows where I needed it, and then just used custom CSS to mimic the header row in multiple row instances down the page (every 5 courses). We’ll see how the client feels. The current development page is at:

    https://s90778212.onlinehome.us/pii/calendar/

And if the production page ends up the same way, I’ll post that URL here at that time, to benefit any others experiencing this issue. Thanks Tobias and David!

OK thanks Tobias, I appreciate the feedback!

Hi Tobias, I have now progressed forward in time where we are trying to launch the site that I wanted to deploy TablePress in. However, now the client is adamant about wanting to have a result that is normally achieved by using Colspan. I realize that TablePress is not compatible with DataTables as we discussed before, but do you have any suggestions on how to mimic the effect?

This link is to the legacy site calendar page that is using a simple HTML table to display the colspan process:

    https://www.process-improvement-institute.com/calendar.html

as in the line for Course 1, in the section that contains “(only offered as a private course at client site)” spanned across several cells

This link is the new site under development that has the table being generated by TablePress:

    https://s90778212.onlinehome.us/pii/calendar/

Just trying to figure out how to develop an alternative so I can still deploy TablePress. Thanks!

A colleague is going to create a new thread for you with a question on the above-mentioned on the Summarize Posts settings not migrating into the integrated CCTM versions (0.9.5+) along with some issues with Menus in the laterst WP 3.3. This thread is now finished, thanks for the patience.

    Thread Starter jmarkj

    (@jmarkj)

OK, I missed that CCTM integrated Summarize Posts in 0.9.5, so we deactivated that. However, a couple of the features that were working with Summarize Posts are not functioning automatically with CCTM activated. Exploring that right now.

    Thread Starter jmarkj

    (@jmarkj)

Also, when I deactivate CCTM, the error message goes away. Not a solution though, because I need the CCTM functionality for the site! Thanks.

samboll, if you’re able, please take a look at a similar situation I’m having with 3.02b multiuser:

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/398900?replies=4

    Thanks.

I’ve been Googling this issue a lot and it would seem that the solution is going to be somehow related to rewrite and/or permissions. I’ve checked mine already but try the following:

    – Make sure your .htaccess file is in the root directory and has 755 permissions. Might be obvious to you, but make sure the .htaccess file didn’t get saved in .txt mode when the appropriate rewrite code was added. (i.e., “save as – file type ALL, not txt, even if you name it correctly simply as “.htacess”. If it’s your own server, this should be sufficient for activating rewrite, but if it’s a 3rd party server, make sure they don’t have to do something from their end too to activate a la Apache rewrite.

    – Make sure your respective blog directories are set for 755 too.
