Yes it’s posible that the plugin isn’t compatible. Some themes manage featured images as a background o something like that.

If the image doesn’t display, I think it’s because of your theme.

Some themes have special modifications for showing the featured image.

Ok, I see, the plugin isn’t compatible with some themes with functionality in the featured image.

I supposed you use this theme: Theme Jupiter

It’s posible that your theme has created a placeholder, this plugin only add an img HTML. Send me your site url.
