In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error on trying to add variable product to cartHi Thomas. I work with Milan (he is my developer but has intermittent internet access right now as he is traveling so hopefully I can help a bit).
It is all of our variable products. Here is an example:
https://powermetercity.com/product/4iiii-precision-power-meter-for-shimano-105-5800/
You select an option, click ADD TO CART, and it says “Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart.” – even though you already did.
What is very weird, is that it’s impacting some devices and not others. For example, my desktop works fine, but my phone does not. And most importantly, we are getting loads of messages from customers who cannot currently use the store.
The last thing I would add for the sake of full information…whatever this problem is, it’s also impacting our Instant Search Plug in (box at the top of the page that allows you to search the store). It’s just those two things. Variable products and our Instant Search Plug in.
Thank you!

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Not connected message?Oh…I also see the message:

In reply to: [Chat - Live Chat, Support, Sales] Great plug in. Just a suggestion…Hi. I just thought I would touch base on this again. What I would like to do for offline messages is have a phone number field AND an email address field. And the user can pick which ever one they want to fill out. Some customer prefer email…others phone.
Is this a possibility yet?
Thank you!

In reply to: [Chat - Live Chat, Support, Sales] Great plug in. Just a suggestion…Thank you. Well in a future version, if a user is every able to just leave a phone number instead of an email, I would definitely be interested in the PRO version.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Chat - Live Chat, Support, Sales] Great plug in. Just a suggestion…Oh wow, cool. And just to be clear, if I add a field for phone number, can I remove the field for email? How much is the pro version?
Thanks

In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Lots of problems…ugh.Sorry…I asked so many questions your response wasn’t clear. So I’ll break it down. Can you answer each one. They should be quick ??
1) So all of the errors in the Google Search Console are being caused because I have custom post type extensions??? Seems strange because the URLs I am using are pretty normal.
2) I want to pay you guys to have everything fixed perfectly. How do I go about this? Please tell me specifically where to go and what option to select.
3) How do we fix the the broken links that are happening when your plugin is on? I am very concerned about this. Because even if you fix all the issues in the Google Search Console, I still can’t use the plug in if the links on my site don’t work. And as soon as I turn on the plug-in, those links that point to my brand pages break. Any ideas?
Thanks!

In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Lots of problems…ugh. So if I purchase that custom post type support for AMP for $19.99, it will make all of those Google Search Console errors go away?? That would be great if so…but I am of course skeptical. Or do I pay for the monthly plan and have you guys do it? If I buy the monthly plan, do I also have to buy the $19.99 plug in?

In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Lots of problems…ugh.Hi, thanks again for the support! So do I have this right:
1) All of the errors in the Google Search Console are being caused because I have custom post type extensions?
2) However, the broken links were happening when your plugin was on? So if I turn it back on, those links will break again.
Thank you!

In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Lots of problems…ugh.Sorry…really confused. Yes, I’m getting issues. Per my first post.
#1 I am getting a ton of critical errors in the Google Search Console.
Prohibited or invalid use of HTML Tag
AMP markup missing or incorrect
User-authored JavaScript found on page
Prohibited HTML Tag with AMP equivalent
Invalid usage of AMP tags#2 It is causing links to my brands pages:
https://powermetercity.com/product-brand/4iiii/
https://powermetercity.com/product-brand/bepro/
etc…To be redirected to other, random links on my site. It is ONLY effecting these brand links. All other links are fine.
Let’s ignore the 404 issue for now. Please explain how I can fix these two issues. You said something about Custom Post Type extensions but (a) I don’t know what those are and (b) I asked which problem (#1 or #2) they would fix and you didn’t answer.
Thanks again. I can’t wait to get this figured out ??

In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Lots of problems…ugh.Hi, thank you for the reply!
When you say “those errors”, are you referring to all the errors Google is showing in the Google Search Console…or the broken links?
Also, the broken amp links are to working (good pages). For example, if I have a page that is powermetercity/example and it’s a working page, the powermetercity/example/amp page is not working. I wouldn’t want to 301 redirect that? Unless I redirected it back to the non-amp version (powermetercity/example), but then it defeats the purpose of installing amp on my site. Thanks
