I’d like this too.
Maybe display the sub-categories first, above the listings.
I noticed ‘Category’ has to be checked under ‘Listings Page’ > ‘Filter Fields’ in order for the custom fields to be filterable.
However, I’m confused as to how the demo doesn’t require you to select a category before it shows the custom fields; my installation requires me to select a category first. Which, if I’m viewing a current category, this should be auto-populated so when a user clicks “Filter” they can see all the custom fields to filter through rather than having to select the current category first.
Cool, but it’s not working on my installation. How can I fix?

In reply to: [Ultimate Product Catalog] PHP Warning When Viewing CatalogActually, sorry….it seems the error is gone now, oddly.
I had products but they weren’t assigned to any catalog. I assigned them to my catalog and the error is gone, for now!!

Thanks travisk88, I was having the same problem.
To elaborate, the extension has to be ENABLED under Directory Listings > Directory Settings > Extensions Settings > Extensions General (“Claim Listing” set to “Yes”)
HOWEVER, you have to “hide” the display of the button here:
Directory Listings > Directory Settings > Extensions Settings > Claim Listing (“Display Claim Now Button on Listing Details” set to “no”)I noticed some other settings are in reverse psychology. So “disabling” some settings actually and ultimately ends up ENABLING them. But it’s a bug for sure. PLEASE FIX!!!
Additionally, this plugin removes functionality from single-listing view, such as custom fields, contact information, contact listing owner, reviews.
If I disable the Woocommerce Pricing Plans plugin, everything shows on single listing view normally.
Please fix ASAP!
Thanks. To elaborate on my first issue a bit:
The problem is I can’t seem to add a page header using a page builder (Divi or Elementor), without the single listing showing the header between Directorist page sections (instead of at the top of the page, like it’s supposed to be). But in the demo pages of Directorist, they were able to squeeze a header image on the single listing page. I don’t see how.
It’s almost like either this plugin or WordPress inherits a default page layout or template for Directorist’s single listing view. And it’s confusing me because each page within Directorist operated as a standalone page that could be customized, whereas the single listing view appears to not actually be on the single listing page.
