Oh, I resolved it! For anyone who is having the same problem:

Make sure that you uncheck the Debug Mode in the Event Settings.
Events – Settings – Debugging – Debug Mode

This solved the Problem. Yay!

Ah, too bad. And with Event Ticket Plus it would be possible?

And it is not possible without saving the value of the checkbox in the database? Perhaps only a short-term storage? Only at the moment when the reservation is confirmed and then send this value in the email? I don’t need the value afterwards, which means I don’t actually need it permanently in the database. ??

Oh sorry, i think we misunderstood. I haven’t figured anything out. I just meant that I’m trying to customize the code all the time, so it wouldn’t be a problem if it needed more code customization. Can you please check again to see if you can help me?

Hey, I’m just using event tickets. That’s why I’m asking here. (I know that there are additional fields possible with the event tickets plus option, but that’s not an option for me)

Since the last time I posted, I found out, that I kind of need to define another variable, that is connected to the individual ticket order…actually like the name or the email is saved. So that I can get the information, if the user checked or unchecked the checkbox in the rsvp-form.
