Found it!
Go to dashboard/menus and in the top right corner click screen options and make sure the box beside buddypress is checked. Once checked you will see the options to add buddypress items in the edit menus tab.

I’m having the same issue. Google Site Kit displaying UA id.

Simple WordPress Membership plugin did the trick. Solved all my problems.

Did you go into setting for this plugin and input your Facebook setting? That’s what I had to do to get mine to work.

I am currently working on my site with WordPress.
I downloaded and installed Theme My Login, and the Logout button shows up and appears to be working. When I hit logout, the logout button disappears and the Login button shows up. But, here is the thing, all the other links in my site menu still work and can be viewed even when logged out. How can I make it where a user logs-out and all the links are inaccessible? or at the very least every link should be reflected to register or login. I only want members to view any site content.

Can you please instruct me on what I need to do?
I plan on activating my WordPress FTP file to my main page by the end of the month.
