In reply to: Unable to preview or update existing pagesHi Steve,
Sorry for the late reply.
I came in this morning to do some checking on the website and I am now able to preview and change pages again.
I think our hosting company has changed something at their end as our website was down for 2 1/2 hrs overnight with a connection time out.Many thanks for your help with trying to resolve the issue.
Best wishes
James

In reply to: Unable to preview or update existing pagesI have just discovered that if I change the permalink to ‘plain’ and try and to preview a page I get the following error – instead of the ‘page not found’ error:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/post.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.Thanks

In reply to: Unable to preview or update existing pagesI did a replace using “better search replace” and unfortunately it hasn’t made any difference to the issue. I checked one of the pages that had the information modified and then tried to preview it – with the same result – came back saying page not found.
Thanks

In reply to: Unable to preview or update existing pagesI found something odd when I did an xml export of the pages of the website. I found the following text:
"

admin

”
The https://xyz.zxy/GSMC is an old website address not the website name of the current website. Could that be causing the issue?If so – If I modify the whole xml file and replace the old address for the correct one and reimport could that resolve the issue?
Thanks

In reply to: [Sermon Manager] Changing Page NumberingHi Nikola,
Not sure what happened by the formatting has changed so we only get a small round picture of the preacher now. This makes the formatting much better.
Many thanks for all the support on resolving this topic.

In reply to: [Sermon Manager] Changing Page NumberingHi Nikola,
The development version works great for the page numbering and I like the new layout. The only think I would say is that we have now lost the images of the preachers which would be good to have back please.
Many thanks

In reply to: [Sermon Manager] Changing Page NumberingHi Nikola,
I have also added the following to my child theme functions.php file:
“if ( ! function_exists( ‘vantage_content_nav’ ) ) :
/**
* Display navigation to next/previous pages when applicable
*
* @since vantage 1.0
*/
function vantage_content_nav() {
wp_pagenavi();
}
endif;”Which unfortunately hasn’t made any difference to how the page numbering is displayed. With the development version I lose all page numbering as in the link above.
Thanks

In reply to: [Sermon Manager] Changing Page NumberingHi Nikola,
I have tried uninstalling WP-PageNavi and reinstalling it with the latest development version of Sermon manager installed and it made no difference to the layout. With WP-PageNavi installed we get no page navigation at the bottom of the page at all. With the development version we get no preacher images either, as per the linked image above. I am using the Vantage Free theme.
Thanks
