the issue is jet-pack, although i am not sure why it is removing everything from the site, the smiley is from jet-pack, it can be disabled in the settings:

Dashboard
Jetpack
WordPress.com Stats
Configure
Hide the stats smiley face image.
Save Configuration

that will rid you of the smiley face, and hopefully solve all your issues ??

The problem is something on my computer is identifying me as a hacker or a threat

do you run through a proxy?
what browser do you NORMALLY use?

in the body of the site, you are calling the image with a width of 233
on the footer, you are calling the image with a width of 230
the width of the image is 233, that may be the issue

i think you dident close a link tag “<a>“, and the address is being linked due to the contact me image link

what plugins do you normally use?, list them all please ??

in the mean time, can you clear a few things up for me:
this happens with all plugins disabled?
have you edited any wordpress core files?
this happens when using different themes?

are you using a plugin for this?

if so, please provide plugin

any patterns in these errors?
do they happen every time?
with every image type?
are the images you are trying to upload all from one place?

you can do it via the database if needed
