Thank you for all of the information! Looking forward to the new features!
I don’t think that works for our use case. While typically the workflow is 14 days, in some cases, that may be pushed out further. We are using PublishPress future to expire in 14 days, then on a case-by-case basis, editing individual posts to extend that as needed (could be extended to 18 days, 21 days, 45 days, etc).
What we want is a notification to always go out 7 days before the status changes to draft regardless of the difference between the publish date and the draft date and regardless of if that difference changes. Since the “change” date is built into the plug-in, even the free version (we’re using the [futureaction type=date] shortcode), I was hoping this would relative easy ??
Yes, I could use some help there. I’m not seeing how I would schedule an email based on the scheduled date of when the status will be changed to draft. Everything seems to be based on past actions (publish a post, update a post) and not future actions. There is no future Date Source in the Schedule Step to base a negative offset on.
Looks like it worked! Thank you!

In reply to: [Redirection] Issues with permalink settings getting changed? We’ll look into any sort of caching thing – thank you!
I don’t disagree that it’s very unlikely but felt it was worth the ask in case you had any leads.
We do have logging turned on, and the change to plain is not being logged.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Redirection] Issues with permalink settings getting changed? To be clear, the actual permalink setting on the back-end of the site is what’s changing, and it is not being changed manually. This isn’t a case where we have an old permalink structure cached in a browser, and it’s displaying that way just to one person.

In reply to: [Redirection] Issues with permalink settings getting changed?Process of elimination. We have hundreds of sites, and this has only happened on two sites, the common denominator between the two sites that isn’t on any of our other sites is this plug-in.
I fully get that your plug-in doesn’t change permalinks, I’m curious if something else – another plug-in or server settings – combined with your plug-in, might be messing with permalinks or the htaccess file.
How would caching change permalinks?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Redirection] Issues with permalink settings getting changed?Could it be some combination of the plug-in with something else? The permalinks are not manually being changed.

In reply to: [Redirection] Issues with permalink settings getting changed? We are still experiencing this issue (has happened 3 times now) and have also now experienced this on another, much older site that uses this plug-in (albeit very, very rarely – there’s only one redirect, and the URL was last accessed on Oct 29 of this year).

In reply to: [Gravity PDF] No attaching PDF to emails – Version 6.7.0.We are experiencing a similar issue. We don’t have any Gravity PDF extensions. We’re running on a multi-site, and the issue appears to be related to Core Fonts “disappearing” and needing to be reinstalled. (This has been reportedly happening about once a week).

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Query Loop displaying wrong number of columnsWe figured it out, thank you. It was custom CSS that the client had added.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar: Category Colors] Legend not displaying colorsAnd now it is. Very strange. Must have been some caching thing – it was not displaying when I sent you the original screenshot.
