I had downloaded the Spamwordblock and Kittens Spaminator which are not deactivated, but i notice the problem before i put these plugins.

someone post in my website at testuser8? because it came up to be moderated.

edit: the only reason i want to get this to work is for controlling the spam i been getting just today.

I log in, options/discussion and type the letter “a” and then click update below.

logged off, click on comment and typed Mr. B, [email protected] and B and click comment and yes i got “Mr. B Says: Your comment is awaiting moderation”

If there is no words listed all comments are posted without moderation.

I read that already but I double check it again.
I made sure “An administrator must approve the comment (regardless of any matches below)” is unchecked

After that I check the spam list and I copy it and paste it into a Text Editor and no comas or blank lines.

Still doesna€?t work.

I even delete the entire spam list and just added one item
“online” and with that one item added everything get moderated.

So the SpamWordBlock doesnt work with 1.5 oh bummer, i just had installed it.

So what does work with 1.5

Wow i keep getting Spam from the Same User Online Poker. It seems to be commention on my posts one by one from the first post till almost the end.

What is this Auto-Close feature?
today was the first time i got spam on my blog, i was all excited to see comments thinking they were from a friend when i saw the comments waiting to be moderated and they were all from some user called Online Poker, i click delete to five of them, but i can see how it could turn into several items to delete.

Oh my… i really see what you mean by no IE support, i just Firefox now but check it out in IE and wow huge difference.

Do i upload the new wp-config.php or not?

Anyways i think i got it updated correctly and yes i also had a new theme with the name of my blog inside the themes folder and under presentation.

I have 1.5 from one of the nighly versions, just doing the normal instructions should be ok for updating to the Stable version of 1.5? can anyone confirm that?

Problem was fixed, i installed the new nightbuilt 01-21 and the problem is gone.
now either it was a build issue or something was wrong with my databased and after i deleted and made a new one i installed a few hours later to let my hosting servers update the information.

I installed the 01-21 last night and my problems are gone with login issues.

I will check what you said.

I did remove WordPress and deleted by database and then reinstall it again and i got the same thing.

It’s weird i installed wordpress to https://www.sitename.com/blog/
When i click on login it sends me to https://www.sitename.com/wp-login.php with some redirect stuff.

If i got to my blog https://www.sitename.com/blog it open up but with no style and if i click any links like register or login all give me 404 errors.

anyways i will try your suggestions.
