Hi @gomauro,
I’ve checked your site, and I see that the prices are displayed correctly now. We have also reported the issue to our developers so that they can investigate why the prices were incorrect.
Please, let us know if you still reproduce the issue or if you need any further help.
Hi @adopted3,
Thank you for getting back to us!We have found out that the error appears when the “Storefront page > Featured category > Store root category” setting is selected. You can see a screenshot illustrating this here: https://ecwid.d.pr/i/QV2ulV.
Our development team is currently working on resolving this issue. In the meantime, we recommend switching to the “Categories list and featured products” option. This adjustment will maintain the same appearance for your storefront while eliminating the error. Here’s a screenshot illustrating the setting: https://ecwid.d.pr/i/wqSOf3. Please, note that the error appears on the home page (https://alds.com/), not on the /store page. Therefore, you should make this change on your site’s Front page.
Please, let us know the result.
We haven’t received a reply from you so we are closing this thread. Feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you still reproduce the issue or have any further questions.
Have a great day!

Hello,
This is Joanna from the Ecwid Support team. Thank you for letting us know about this issue.
We will report it to our developers and investigate why the warning appeared.
It looks like the debug mode is enabled on your WordPress site, which is causing the warning to be displayed on the live site. To disable debug mode, you should change the line
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
todefine( 'WP_DEBUG', false );
in yourwp-config.php
file.Just in case, here are the detailed instructions: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress
Please, let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

The app developer has notified us that they fixed the issue with the app. We also sent you the instructions for reconnecting the app to your email address. Just in case you didn’t see the email, I’ll add the instructions here:
To make sure the fix is applied to your account, please, follow the steps:
- Go to?Ecwid admin area > Apps > My Apps;
- Uninstall Ticket Spot, screenshot:?https://ecwid.d.pr/i/ToNPVG;
- Go to the?Ecwid App market?and install the app again;

After you open the app, you will be redirected to the app landing page, where you can log in to your Ticket Spot account. After logging in, you should be able to connect your website to the app.

Hi @klkoh,
Did you manage to change the order of the ‘Quantity’ item?
Just in case, you can also access Design settings via your WordPress admin account > Ecwid > Design, screenshot: https://ecwid.d.pr/i/8wi7fX. The changes you make in the Design section will be applied automatically.
