This is Joanna from the Ecwid Customer Care team.As I understand, your store is displayed incorrectly on your WordPress site.
Could you please check if the issue is reproduced when you disable caching plugins in your account? Also, please, try to clear Ecwid plugin cache. Here’s how you can do it:
- From your WordPress admin area, go to Ecwid > Developers > Advanced settings
- Scroll down and click Clear all caches, screenshot: https://ecwid.d.pr/i/o6V01Y
If you still reproduce the issue, please, contact our support team at [email protected]. We will check if there’s anything that can be fixed from our end as well.

Or you can open the page via this link: wp-admin/admin.php?page=ec-params (add it to your site URL).

I’m sorry that you faced these issues! We found your original request, and I see that an agent replied to you on Tuesday. The answer was sent from the email address [email protected]. Could you please check if you see a reply in your mail inbox? Just in case, I resent the agent’s reply to your email address again.
As for the slow loading issue, may I ask what service you used to check the speed of your website? Do you reproduce the slow loading issue visually?
I’ve checked your website with Pingdom speed test tool, and haven’t reproduced the issue – it showed 1.28s website load time which is a good result, screenshot: https://ecwid.d.pr/i/iCBT5n
Please, let us know what pages you’re testing and what tool you use for measuring website speed (if any) so that we could investigate it further. Thank you!
