mimzy2012 have you got Flamingo installed? It doesn’t resolve the issue of messages not being sent to you but at least it will collect your messages within wordpress so that you don’t lose them.

Is the email you’re forwarding to a gmail address by any chance? I suspect that gmail is seeing emails from the contact form as spam and bouncing them back.

I’m having the same problem. The messages are showing on flamingo fine and when I checked my server it looks as if the plugin sent the forwarded message ok, but it was then bounced back from gmail.

I struggled with this too in the Genesis/Innovative child theme. I wanted a responsive, full-width, clickable header and as a non-techie had to piece together advice from various sources to work out a solution.

Here’s how I managed to do it in the end:

Course you’d have to adapt it to your own theme but I hope it helps anyone with similar aims.

I only had 1 autodraft in my database but it stopped me accessing ‘add new posts’. As soon as I deleted it all was fine again.

I can’t get the authentication to work although I followed all the instructions. Have contacted the developer so let’s see what they say.

Yes I need this too for the same sort of reason. At the moment the fastest method I have is to edit them in the database. I suggest you try that justbishop – it’s a bit quicker than doing it in the admin panel.

I’d also love a way to bulk edit the category and target info on my links.

If anyone knows of any plugins that do any of these things, please tell us!

Rongo you’re right – it’s really annoying. I cannot imagine what the logic of removing them was when so many functions rely on you knowing what they are. The good news is someone produced a plugin already to solve it! Have a look at this post
