The problem is not resolved after deactivating the plugin.

But this was not the case when i contacted you at the beginning of our conversation.

I don’t understand what you mean by the statement:

“Can you please temporary deactivate our plugin?”

Does that mean that the issue can not be resolved?

Beside, i deactivated the plugin again but surprisingly the Review Snippet Error now refuse to go when i did another test with Google Rich Result Testing Tool.

This is now weird, because deactivating your plugin initially resolved the error that is why i reported the issue in the first place.

But now after reporting and sending my System Report Data, deactivating your plugin no longer resolve the issue.

I’m somehow confused about the whole thing now.

Please kindly clarify all of this and let me know if you are still working on resolving the issue for me.

Wowwwwww! issue resolved!

This is the most surprising thing i have seen lately in WordPress.

After spending days searching through my files with FTP to know where your plugin file is hiding, i never new the User Role Plugin i installed on my site to manage my users capabilities also has another functionality of hiding menu like Nav Menu Role plugin.

And they work exactly the same way which made the whole thing so confusing.

I was able to figured things out by viewing the page source of my menu page in admin based on your advise.

Thanks for your response so far. The plugin no longer appear at wp-admin/plugins.php i have also checked the plugin folders in wp content in my c-panel and it’s not also there.

Please can you explain what you mean by OP cache please explain further so i can dig deep into that area.

The funniest thing is that i am not having this issue with the other plugins i deleted from my site. The whole thing is really weird as this is contrary to how WordPress works.

If the code is still active like you said, then how do i locate it and manually remove it entirely from my site because that is the reason for deactivating and deleting the plugin in the first place to remove unnecessary codes i no longer need from my site.

Thank you, I eventually discovered one conflicting plugin causing the problem.

I was able to solve the issue after deactivating that plugin.

Never bother about my previous support topic. i was able to resolve the issue some minutes later.

It was one plugin (MMWD Remove Add To Cart for WooCommerce) that released an update that was actually conflicting with Woocommerce price tag.

Everything returned normal after i uninstalled MMWD Remove Add To Cart for WooCommerce.
