if it comes to that they refuse, but allow me access to cPannel to export our content, how exactly do you export all that and then import ?

I understand i can export databases and table, but what happens or how to export all content from posts, images, nextgen gallery etc ?

I assume you mean the word press theme as i didn’t see any gallery specific themes.
I’ve just switched to test this to the default theme and it has exactly the same behavior.

ps: i switched it back in case people are already looking into the content

I’ve a gallery that’s on an Media page, not on the blog main page. The gallery indicates 3 pages with thumbnails.

1 – 2 -3

But when i click on the page 2, the link takes me to blog default page instead of the second page of the gallery on the Media page.

What did you enter into the blog?

If you put a new post, or create a page where you want the gallery, i would recommend switch to HTML mode and ender this: (the x is for ID number of the galley, it’s 1 if you have created only one)

[nggallery id=x]

Hate to do this, but i see threads being resolved all over but this one ignored ?

JUST installed the latest 2.7.1 version – and i CANNOT believe this image upload problem is still persistent !

the path it tries to access the photo is:
../wp-content/uploads/img_23542.jpg

BUT whenever i try to upload photo, it’s a actually physically located in the root folder:
../wp-content/img_23542.jpg

the upload folder is not there. Why is this happening ? I cannot image this bug was left by the development team.

Strangely, i’ve played with the 2.7.0 before and never had this problem before.

HOW COME THE 2.7.1 doesn’t work straight “from the box?!
