it was an issue on the Shippo side. (the configuration didn’t save when I entered established fedex/ups accounts – which disabled everything for some reason) Figured it out though and everything is working great!

I’m seeing this as well. recently upgraded a site to wordpress (from just php) and a bot was pegging the old contact page (which is now a 404 because I disabled the redirect)

by user defined rules, the IP should have been autoblocked, but was not (did not appear on blocked users page or in .htaccess)

I manually added IP to blocked list (which automatically added it to .htaccess – I know, because I got a file change email and without thinking/looking freaked out.. go me!)

was good for four days and just now the same IP hit the same page ten times in less than 30 seconds (detail page is blank)

as a side note, I have no user named ‘admin’ so have it set to autoblock anyone who tries to log in as such. (and they do) not only has no one been blocked, this afternoon the admin account got locked out due to to many invalid password attempts (which theoretically isn’t possible, because invalid login lockout is set at 3 and automatically banning should happen after 1)

    How did I break it?

Work got the best of me and I haven’t had a chance to code anything in the past few months.. Finally getting back into it now. have upgraded to WP 3.12 and that caused more issues for this plugin.

akpc_most_popular_in_last_days doesn’t work at all (it’s displaying ‘none’) and it’s also having trouble keeping track of historical data. it’s counting hits in the month that a post was created, not in the current month..

I’m wanting to just give up, but there really isn’t another plugin like this out there.. (I’m looking only to display 7 days of rankings on the site, but would like personal access to the historical data)

I autoinstalled the version of wordpress that I’m testing on, so it created tables with a prefix of wp_randomstring_ wordpress is looking for the random string as well..

I’ve got the tables functional, even got it to not display pages, but it’s not recording page views at all (I’ve got the correct author setting and have hit the site from various computers/phones) It’s also only showing a specific five pages in widgets (I’ve swapped out the different ones available, and faked data in the mysql table for the others but to no avail) I have one post that I commented on 30 times, but because it isn’t one of the specific posts it doesn’t display.. (it’s in the same category, same tags as another post that is displaying) Regardless, if I can’t actually get it to count pageviews what good is it?

I’m going to keep fidgeting with it, but if anyone has any ideas I’d love to hear them.
