That is what I thought I had to do but I’m pretty new at this and just wanted to be sure.

first time I’ve posted a link here hope that works.

I’m trying to make all the text that says posted by…… white
when I changed what I thought was the proper line for that it changed it to the text color of the rest of the body.

At the bottom of the post is a nav which I am also trying to make white (FFFFFFFF). I just can’t figure out which line of code does that… nor can I figure out why the 1st problem occurs.

I bet its something dumb I’m not seeing.

Yes I did that. Thanks esmi! What I can’t figure out is changing those colors. Why would changing that make it go to the body text color?

Sheesh sometimes I can be sooo dumb.. I copied this theme to a different folder but it seems that Wp is using the original folder.. I need to switch that. Thought I had.

It looks like I am using the new folder as it shows as current in the dashboard.. However when I look at the source it shows it is using the old folder.

I’m trying to remove the space and the Menu bar from this theme. I tried the if statement in the header.php but nothing has changed. I’m perplexed. I must be missing something but can’t figure it out. Any help appreciated.
