I understand now! The newest release of 2.0 as a download is actually 2.0.1. Unfortunately, my machine renamed the file as ultimate-member-2 as I have 2 versions by the same name. Now I have 2 versions – 1 with the wrong folder name – and neither can be deleted. So, now extensions 2.0.2 will not work. Argghhhh! Be careful people.

I am building a tool for a client for release next week. They have paid for the 2.0 extensions but they do not work work without 2.0.1. Surely you can’t sell products that only work with beta releases? Anyway, can you post a link to v.2.0.1 please?

I found the this was happening due to a conflict with a plugin called “Pop-up maker”. Try disabling non-vital plugins one by one to find the conflict.

I have just noticed that the image loads when I enter debug mode in Chrome. Is the back-up image not found when an error occurs? It’s for a different image under some circumstances. I’m using Mac OS 10.13.3 if that helps?

Same problem here. Seems to be an issue with the “user” page.
